How To Consign With Us

To consign with Ampersand Consignment please email us at hello@ampersandconsignment.com so we can determine the best way to help you get your items to us. Please review our contract below.

Step 1. Make an account which you can find in the top right hand corner of the website next to the little cart icon.

Step 2. Take photos of all items you'd like to consign with us and email them to hello@ampersandconsignment.com

Step 3: Please wait up to 48 hours for a response where you will then receive a list of the approved items and a shipping label. Your account will be charged with the shipping fees and deducted when an items sells.


  1. Ampersand Consignment accepts clothing, purses, footwear, jewelry and designer wear. All items must be clean, current and in excellent condition.

  2. Ampersand Consignment determines the price of all consigned items at their discretion based on style, condition and retail value.

  3. Consignor shall receive 50% of the final selling price.

  4. Items may be reduced by Ampersand Consignment at its discretion unless otherwise discussed with consignor.

  5. Your items will be displayed on the website for up to five (5) months. We will contact you when your consignment period is over. At this time you will have a one (1) week period to request your items be returned to you. Any items left unclaimed after one (1) week will be forwarded to a charity of our choice unless otherwise discussed.

  6. Consignor's can check the status of their account by contacting us through email and can receive their payment on request.

  7. Ampersand Consignment is not responsible for any damage or loss of an item.

  8. Charges for any dry cleaning or repairs will be charged to your account.

  9. You can receive an itemized list of your consigned items by request.
