Q: Are your items guaranteed authentic? 

Yes all of our items are guaranteed authentic or your money back. If you receive an item and believe it isn't authentic, please email us immediately. We will cover your return shipping and go to a third party to confirm that it is authentic. If the item isn't authentic, you will receive a 100% refund of the item.


SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping world wide.

Q: Will I have to pay custom/duty fees?

If you are located in Canada you will not have any additional custom/duty fees. If you are located anywhere else we cannot gaurentee that you won't be charged any extra fees.

Q: Will I have to sign for my package? 

All items shipped will require signature upon delivery. 

RETURNS

Q: Can I return my purchase?

We do not offer refunds on any item unless the item is deemed non authentic. All sales are final. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing. Items have to be approved by emailing us first at hello@ampersandconsignment.com. Please note that all returns must be requested before 10 days after purchasing and returned by 14 days after receiving items. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Q: If I receive an item that has flaws/wear that was not listed in the product description or shown in a photo, can I return the item? 

Yes. If you receive an item and you spot a stain, rip, tear, broken zipper, etc. that was not mentioned in our description or photographed, we will give you the option to return the item. We inspect our products very carefully and take numerous photos in all angles to give you an accurate idea of what you are receiving. However, it is possible for us to miss something and in that case you will have the option to return it. 

Q: If I am local, can I do fittings or viewings?

Yes! We gladly accept viewings and try ons. Please email us at hello@ampersandconsignment.com to book with us.  

CONSIGNING

Q: When can I expect to see my items I consigned?

We believe each item that we receive deserves to go to a good home. Please be patient with us as we prep your pieces for online showcasing to ensure this can happen.
